Celery Soda


It came out really well. I like how the yeast colonies you can see floating match the divots on the bottom of the 2 liter bottles. Surprisingly, after it finished fermenting and I put it in the fridge, everything settled to the bottom and the liquid was clear. I just had to pour really carefully. It tasted like celery bread, in that the yeasty tang came through with the carbonation. Delicious.
